Dear Grace,
Thank you so much for rectifying the wrong order. Your honesty and customer service is a testament to your Christian Faith and why I have been a loyal customer of yours since 2009. When they arrive, I will wrap up the fragrance free bottles of the MSM Cream to give to my husband for Christmas. The two that were sent with fragrance, I will use and give to my friend who also has osteoarthritis. Hopefully, I will be able to gain another loyal customer for you.

Our order arrived today in perfect condition. The MSM Cream is such a wonderful product. It's like manna from heaven. Also, thank you very much for the shampoo.

Hi Grace:
I love this cream; thank you so much for getting us started when you gave
us the gift of one. I had had such intense itching and it was determined
that it was an allergic reaction first to multiple nooseeum bites followed by the
MRI which used a contrast dye called gadolinium. Anyway, I had great
relief from the itching, especially on my back. Mike would rub it into my
back and shoulders and it helped me control the itching so that I was able to
sleep. Yesterday, I turned my head and my neck "went out". I put a heated wrap for
the neck around it until the heat was gone and then rubbed the MSM cream
into the area. I went about my day. Last night I realized that there was no
pain, no crick in the neck, and it felt great. In the past when my neck gave me
problems it would be days and days of heat and massage. I'm a believer!

Hi Grace and Tim,
I'm writing this email to you from Oslo, Norway.
My husband and I are in Washington State at least once each year visiting family and I came across your products at the Bellingham Fair (farmers market) a few years ago. I have been buying the goats milk soap and skin care cream regularly since then. I love the fact that they are so pure and free from chemical additives and preservatives. Thank you for making such good products that are so "good" for us.
Last October when we were in Seattle we visited your farm and I took lots of pictures of the goats because they are so cute and I bought several months of supply of product to bring back to Norway with me. The lady in the "shop" told me about your MSM cream. I must say I was skeptical, however, I bought one jar to try because my husband had pain of 8 on a scale of 0-10 along his right upper arm and shoulder. This pain had started just a few weeks before our trip to Seattle and my husband had been to his local doctor who had prescribed ibuprofen. He was taking the full recommended amount three times a day! He used the MSM cream that day and the next and the pain was gone! I was so amazed. I decided to use the cream on my neck where I was having problems with stiffness and pain. It had been difficult for me to drive a car and to work at my sewing machine due to this neck problem. Two days later the pain was gone and the stiffness vastly improved. I called my daughter and told her "I'm healed"! I know I'm slightly exaggerating when I say I felt like I had been miraculously cured but that is almost how it felt.
I apply the cream once a day now. It's a pleasure to use this cream because for the first it is so natural and secondly so effective in treating both pain and stiffness. How does one put a price on being pain free? I am so grateful to you.
Would you consider distributing your soaps and creams in Norway? I've researched the products on the market here and I don't find anything as good or pure as yours.
