Hi Grace,
I saw you yesterday at the Farmer's Market and promised to write.
I have broken two wrists in the past two years and now know I have osteoporosis. I have pain in each wrist and tennis elbow has set in as well. I use the MSM cream and it really works.
I am not a person to take internal medicine if I do not have to. When I wake up at night with pain I use the MSM cream and am able to go back to sleep. It really works!
